I recently registered as a new patient at Downing Dental. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I was seen by Dr Parmar. She carried out a thorough examination including X-rays and explained everything to me thoroughly. She was very professional and friendly and put me at ease straight away. The level of care I received was exceptional and I can not fault the service I received. I am happy to have found a friendly dentist and dental practice that I can keep going back to :)
I have been going to this dentist for over 10+ years and have always had excellent experiences. I am an extremely nervous patient but all the dentists that I have seen have and the lovely hygienist have always been very understanding and kind. The nurses and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the service I get at Downing Dental Practice.
Iv been to downing Dental a few times and have always had a good experience. I found the dentists to be very professional and actually care about you as a person and not just another patient(iv had a few cries in the chair and always come away feeling possitive) the nurses also make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and Family.
Moved back to Knowle recently and cracked a back tooth. After years of being terrified of the dentist due to undergoing painful treatment as a teenager, I hesitantly phoned for advice . The reception staff were extremely helpful and booked me an emergency appointment. I was informed I would need a filling and a crown. Dr Ajay Verma couldn’t have been nicer! He explained everything clearly and despite my trepidation, the procedure was absolutely painless. His assistant Ellie was kind and reassuring. They have definitely cured my fear of the dentist. I highly recommend this practice.
You couldn't find a kinder, more thorough dentist than Venay. His service level is excellent. He always takes time to listen to you and explain things properly and does not try to do extra work when it isn't needed! He looks after our whole family and we all trust him implicitly. Great advice & a big smile with it!
