I visited Francesco in Knowle for the first time yesterday. Kia did an amzing job highlighting & cutting my hair. She took so much time to talk with me about what I wanted. She really listened to me and took note of what I said. She was extremely friendly & professional. The coffee was superb too! Thank you Kia. Sally x

A big thank you to Shalani and all the team at Franceso Group Knowle yesterday for a lovely afternoon at the salon. My sister and I both had our hair done. Shalani did a wonderful Texture Release on my sister who loves her new smooth, sassy, hair and sleek hair cut. And Hannah and Jo gave me a great root colour which refreshed my faded, washed out, tired colour and added renewed depth and tone to the colour of my hair beautifully blending in to create a natural looking balayage ombre effect. We both felt the welcoming warmth, kindness and friendliness of all staff in the salon and we'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this team and this salon!! Thanks FG Knowle Team :o)
